If you want to recruit your own candidate but need help with certain parts of your executive search that you are either unwilling or unable to do, then HR Metrix® offers you two significant cost-saving strategies.
The 1st strategy is designed for clients who want to assume responsibility for as much of the executive search as possible. The parts that we do in T.E.A.M. strategy #1 are the things that are usually best handled by a Human Resources professional with specialized training in those functions.
The 2nd strategy will appeal to clients who only want to assume responsibility for finding candidates with the right hard skills for the job. This second option still results in a significant savings compared to a full service search fee.
The 3rd strategy involves HR Metrix handling the whole process from start to finish with our full service search option.
T.E.A.M. strategy 1:
What we do:
- Facilitate a meeting with the job’s subject matter experts to accurately identify the Job’s Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate and manage the job benchmarking process to develop an accurate blueprint of the position
- Educate the client, if necessary, on how to properly conduct a structured interview
- Administer diagnostic assessments on the supervisor for leadership coaching purposes
- Conduct a private leadership coaching session for supervisor based on assessment results
- Administer diagnostic assessments on short-list candidates
- Make recommendations on job fit based on assessment results
- Conduct a private success coaching session for the new hire
- Manage the on-boarding process for the new hire and supervisor
- Implement a performance management system for the supervisor
- Monitor progress of new hire as required

- Scope out the marketplace for qualified candidates
- Screen resumes for required hard skills
- Conduct telephone prescreen interviews
- Conduct 1st round of interviews and make a short list
- Conduct 2nd round of interviews with short-listed candidates
- Check references and verify accuracy of information provided by the short-listed candidates
